I'd like to share with you a few questions from my journaling
book, A Book of Questions: A Playful Journal to Keep Thoughts
and Feelings. It encourages you to ''talk'' with yourself by
writing about what you think and feel. I hope the questions below
will get your started in keeping your own journal or diary. You
can keep the journal in your computer or print it out.
