my son just asked me this very question tonite when we were having 'back scratching' time at bedtime. a special time when we chat. we each got three wishes. my three wishes were: that he were 'cured of autism', that i had a new kidney (i am on dialysis), and that was all we needed. so the last wish we would wrap up in a box and we would float it in the sky like a helium baloon and ask it to drop on someone who really, really needed a wish. perhaps a mommy with a sick little one, or a grandma in great pain that wished her pain away, or a little girl who wants a daddy, etc.

my son's three wishes were that life was fair, that everyone on the space time continueum (his words, he's a science guy) would do one nice thing for one other person to make the planet a better place, and the third wish he would float away as well....

thats what we would do :)
