I have been working on a book in which readers will be encouraged to record memories of all the things that have made them happy in life. In writing this book, I thought, too, of many of the things that I am grateful for – one can never take for granted good things that are experienced. Grateful am I for the chance to help others who, in turn, always helped me.

Grateful am I to those who have helped and inspired me in my life.
