I read about a man who decided to hold silent peace walks; his aim is to spread peace by sharing the silence with others (”Walking Toward Peace” by Sallie James, Oct. 3, 2006 Sun-Sentinel).
Says the man, Piero Falci, ”If we are more peaceful ourselves, we will not be so violent in our relationships, and it will spread. If you cultivate peace, then you can give peace.”
